Derek is the Manager of Operational Technology at Ingevity. He started his career in the Army, which he has served over 19 years in the Army Reserves. Along with holding several certifications, he earned a B.S. in Information Security and Assurance from Kennesaw State University. With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, 10 years focused on the OT/ICS space, Derek was brought into Ingevity to build a corporate OT program.
ABS Group
Keon is the Global Lead for the Security Operations Center (SOC) at ABS Group. With over seven years of experience in OT technologies, his expertise includes cybersecurity, control systems, automation and data. Keon has a strong knowledge in OT/ICS systems and related compliance requirements including NIST, IMO, ISO and NER CIP. As the ISOC Global Lead, Keon collaborates with clients and team leaders to manage threat alerts throughout the ISOC client’s environments.
Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency
Nitin Natarajan was appointed as the Deputy Director for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) on February 16, 2021. Prior to joining CISA, Natarajan served in a variety of public and private sector positions spanning over 30 years.
Most recently he served as a consulting firm executive, providing subject matter expertise on a variety of national security topics. Natarajan also held a number of federal government roles, including Deputy Assistant Administrator at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Director of Critical Infrastructure Policy at the White House/National Security Council, and a Director at the U.S. Health and Human Services overseeing healthcare and public health programs.
At the beginning of his career, Natarajan spent 13 years as a first responder in New York, which included service as a flight paramedic. He was the Commander of a federal medical response team based in New York and has extensive experience deploying to natural and man-made disasters throughout the nation.
He holds an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York and a graduate degree from the United States Naval Postgraduate School.
Ken Dohan directs the Cybolt OT Team in North America, focused upon providing value-added managed services and SOCaaS in the OT cyber security realm, and wholly dedicated to helping organizations strengthen their posture by building solid end-to-end security programs. Ken is well-known for providing an unbiased, agnostic approach to assisting Cybolt’s clients across North America and beyond.
Cummins
Born and raised in Texas, Reynaldo Gonzalez is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with over 15 years of experience in the networking, security, and cybersecurity industry. Reynaldo started his career in building computers, networks, help desk support, and web programming. Reynaldo graduated from RIT with a Bachelor’s degree in Networking & Administration and later earned a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Utica University. He has earned several industry certifications such as CCNP (Security, R&S), CCDP, CISSP, and CEH, among others.
After college graduation, Reynaldo started working with Cisco Systems supporting organizations across the USA, Central & South America, and Europe, where he has consulted, implemented, architected, and driven strategies for complex infrastructures and solutions. Throughout his years and exposure to the global market, he gradually moved towards cybersecurity, where he found his true passion in leading cybersecurity through security awareness, cybersecurity architecture, partnering with organizations, and teaching cybersecurity as an adjunct professor at Lonestar College.
Reynaldo has worked for United Airlines driving Enterprise and OT Cybersecurity Architecture strategy and standards, ensuring the protection of critical infrastructure and sensitive information while reducing cyber risk. Currently, Reynaldo works for Cummins within the Global Cybersecurity organization as a Principal Cybersecurity Architect driving Enterprise and OT/IoT Cybersecurity. In his previous role, he was a member of Aviation-ISAC representing United and is now an active member of the OT Workgroup for Auto-ISAC representing Cummins.
In addition to Reynaldo’s work in the industry, he is a passionate advocate for cybersecurity education and participates in community events to raise awareness about the importance of cybersecurity. Reynaldo’s dedication and expertise have made him a well-respected professional among his peers and organizations.

Karan is Director of Product Management and is responsible for bringing ServiceNow’s manufacturing products to the market. Karan has vast experience in product management and manufacturing. Sachin Shah is a OT/ICS Cybersecurity Architect at Applied Materials.
Jason specializes in Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) security with a broad focus across OT/XIoT principles such as strategy, frameworks, governance, and controls. Jason leads Security Risk Advisors’ CPS security practice including service development, thought leadership, and client engagement. Eric has 20+ yeas of experience holding various leadership and engineering positions.
Yair Attar is the CTO and Co-founder at OTORIO, Industrial-native OT security company committed to helping organizations stay ahead of emerging cyber threats by building a resilient cyber defense. Prior to founding OTORIO, Major (res.) Attar led the Israeli Defense Force IR and TH cybersecurity divisions.

With over 20+ years experience and a deep understanding of ICS, OT security and the industry as a whole, Ron as Field CTO at Xona Systems is leading the charge to deliver solutions that actually help operators in their environments. Ron’s background is working out in the field: onsite at the power generation, offshore oil, refineries, manufacturing floors, and everything else that makes the things critical to humanity.
Ms. Morgan Adamski is the Director of NSA’s Cybersecurity Collaboration Center, responsible for working with interagency, industry, and international partners to deliver intel-driven cybersecurity at scale. In this role, she has revitalized the way NSA collaborates with the private sector to harden billions of endpoints against nation-state cyber threats.

Chris brings more than 15 years of cybersecurity and critical infrastructure experience working in the renewable energy industry. He was directly involved in the development, construction, and operations of wind and solar power plants and their high voltage systems. His work within the energy and utility industry has also afforded him experience in the development and maintenance of substation protection, automation, and control systems.

He works closely with a variety of end users in Critical Industries such as Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities and collaborates closely with industry stakeholders to develop integrated OT security solutions. Overall, Del has over 27 years experience in Cybersecurity and Technology spanning different roles including Product Management, Business Operations and Development, and Engineering. Jay Smilyk has over two decades of experience in sales leadership and technology sales. Jay has held executive positions and sales management roles and has served as CRO of Tripleblind and Sepio Systems. Before that, he was the Eastern Regional Director of Sales for Vectra Networks.
